Salary £25,000 Hours 37.5 per week
Job Description
The role is supporting tutors and providing learners with academic support, meeting their
vocational and educational needs. Assisting teachers in preparing the lesson materials.
Getting the classroom ready for lessons and clearing away afterwards to maintain a safe and
clean environment. Helps with routine administrative tasks and out-of-classroom activities
Skills and Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s Degree or one year experience in related field
• Ability to communicate clearly with teachers and students
• Ability to create an encouraging learning environment for all
• Active listening skills
• Understanding and sensitivity towards all students
• Excellent knowledge of lessons that students are required to learn in class
• Ability to carry out tasks involving a computer or hand-device
• Ability to remain calm during stressful situations
• Willingness to work on different activities conducted inside and outside the class
room.
